For a full life, with more room for one another
Private guidance for couples who want more presence, affection and depth in their life together.
You may have built a full life together: careers, a home, responsibilities, plans for the future. Yet the relationship itself can receive whatever attention is left at the end of the day. This is time to put it back at the centre, with room for both of you to be heard.

You may recognise yourselves here

You work well as a team, but miss feeling like a couple

You discuss diaries, travel, money and the next thing that needs doing. There may be very little conflict, yet also very little time when you feel fully met. You miss unhurried conversation, affection or the small moments that once made being together feel easy.

Work follows you home

One or both of you carry a great deal of responsibility. Even on an evening out or a holiday, part of your attention remains elsewhere. You want to switch off together, but being in the same room does not always mean being present with one another.

Tenderness or desire has become difficult to reach

You may love your partner and still miss touch, playfulness or a satisfying intimate connection. Perhaps your needs or your pace are different, and talking about it feels awkward. We can explore affection, desire and boundaries without making either person responsible for performing or providing a particular experience.

You keep returning to the same conversation

One person wants to talk; the other needs space. A request becomes a criticism, or a difficult subject is left untouched. A session offers a slower setting in which to notice how you respond, practise listening and express what you need more clearly.

Things are good, and you want to go deeper

You do not have to wait until something is wrong. You may want to mark an anniversary, make time during a trip or explore meditation and tantra together. The intention can be as simple as learning a new way to connect.

This feels familiar — we’d like to explore it →

My approach & your session
Both people’s intentions and boundaries shape the experience.
My work brings together meditation, breathwork, embodied awareness and tantra-based practices. In a couples session, I give attention to each person as well as to what happens between you: how you listen, approach closeness, express a boundary or respond when your needs differ.

I guide the conversation and practices, while keeping both people’s choices at the centre. We begin with what you are each ready to explore. There is room for different feelings, different intentions and different levels of comfort; neither partner needs to persuade the other to participate.

How a session unfolds

Begin with both of you

We discuss what brings you here, what each person hopes to explore and any needs or boundaries that matter. We agree the focus before moving into practice.

Explore through conversation and experience

Depending on your intentions, we may use guided meditation, comfortable breathwork, gentle body awareness, conscious movement, listening exercises or reflection. Where appropriate, agreed exercises may invite you to explore eye contact, affection or non-genital touch between partners. Touch is optional, and you can choose to work entirely without it.

Bring it into everyday life

We finish with reflection and choose a small, practical way to continue together at home. This might be a short shared practice, a way of checking in or an exercise in listening. There is no expectation to resolve everything in one meeting or reach a promised relationship outcome.

London, Dubai, Europe & online

In-person sessions are arranged in London and Dubai according to my schedule. Visits and private retreats in Europe are considered individually, subject to availability and a suitable setting. We agree the location before confirming a booking.

Online work allows you to join from your own quiet, private space with a reliable internet connection. Sessions are available in English, Ukrainian and Russian. Prices above are in GBP; any international pricing, travel or venue costs are discussed and agreed before payment.

Consent, preparation & your questions

Sessions are for adults aged 18 and over, with both partners participating voluntarily. Each person gives their own consent and may decline, change, pause or stop any practice at any time. Being in a relationship does not create an obligation to take part in touch or intimacy exercises.

I remain dressed and maintain professional boundaries. Sexual services, intercourse, oral sex, penetration and happy endings are not offered. This couples guidance format does not include genital touch. The Kashmiri Shiva–Shakti massage ritual is a separate appointment with its own preparation, boundaries and pricing.

This work does not replace couples therapy, medical care or mental-health treatment. Share relevant health concerns, medication, allergies or other circumstances privately before we meet. Do not change prescribed medication in preparation for a session. If either person feels pressured to attend or unable to say no freely, we need to discuss suitability before booking.

Preparation & integration

Allow a little time before the meeting so that you can arrive without rushing. You may each bring your own intention; you do not need to agree on the “right” answer beforehand. Comfortable clothing is helpful for gentle movement and body awareness.

For online work, choose a setting where you can speak freely and will not be interrupted. Afterwards, leave some space for rest or a quiet walk together. Let your partner’s experience be their own, without pressure to explain everything immediately.

Questions you may have

Do we need experience with tantra or meditation?

No. Practices are explained and adapted to your needs. Curiosity and a shared willingness to participate are enough to begin.

Is this only for couples with relationship difficulties?

No. Some couples come with a particular concern; others want time for connection, exploration or a meaningful shared experience. You can apply even if your intention is not yet clearly defined.

What if one of us is less comfortable with touch?

That boundary is respected. Touch is optional, and the session can focus on conversation, meditation and other practices. Neither person will be asked to go further than they freely choose.

Can one of us begin with individual work?

Yes. If you would like to explore your own needs or patterns first, you can enquire about a one-to-one session. Couples work requires both partners to want to participate.

How to arrange your session

  1. Send your application. Choose Couples Session and share your intentions, preferred format, language, location and dates.
  2. We discuss suitability and availability. I reply personally to clarify the request and practical arrangements.
  3. Complete the intake questionnaire when requested. The Couples Session Intake Questionnaire is currently in English. Both partners’ intentions and boundaries need to be understood before we meet.
  4. Review the details before payment. We agree the format, location, total price, deposit, support arrangements and cancellation or rescheduling terms.
  5. Confirm your booking. The agreed deposit confirms the booking. An application alone does not reserve a date.
You can begin by telling me what you miss, what you would like more of, or simply why you want to make this time for one another.
