Your initial application

The initial form asks for your name, contact method, preferred experience, location, dates and a short description of your intentions. An email address can be provided for a reply. You choose what to share.

Why this information is used

Dariia uses your details to respond to your request, discuss whether the experience is suitable, check availability and arrange the session or retreat you asked about. An application does not confirm a booking, take a payment or enrol you in a mailing list.

Where forms are processed

This website is hosted on Tilda. Website applications are stored in the project’s Tilda Leads and a notification is sent through the connected Telegram service so Dariia can respond. Tilda privacy information and Telegram privacy information explain those services’ processing.

The linked session questionnaires are Google Forms. If you choose to complete one, the information is submitted through Google to the form owner. Some questionnaires ask about wellbeing, medication, allergies, experiences and boundaries to prepare for the agreed session. Read the questionnaire and consent information before submitting. The general Google application currently requires a Google sign-in; you can instead use the initial website application.

How long information is needed

Enquiry correspondence is used while responding to your request and arranging any agreed experience. Booking or payment records may need to be retained for applicable record-keeping or dispute requirements. Contact Dariia for information about the records relating to you and to request deletion of information that is no longer needed.

Your choices & privacy requests

You can contact Dariia to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information, or to raise a concern about its use. Other rights, such as restriction, objection or portability, may apply depending on the processing and applicable law. Providing a contact method allows a reply; without one, Dariia may not be able to respond. Suitability and booking arrangements are discussed with you rather than confirmed solely by an automated decision.
