Approach
My work is centred on presence, awareness and the relationship you have with your own body.
Each session is created individually and may draw on meditation, breathwork, somatic practice, conscious touch, emotional integration and tantra-based approaches. There is no fixed formula — the work is shaped around your intention, your boundaries and what is present for you in the moment.
I approach the body with great respect. For me, the body is not something to correct or push through, but something to listen to. This is also where tantra enters my work: not as a performance or a set of techniques, but as a way of bringing full attention to the experience and treating it as a ritual.
Sometimes the most valuable thing is simply having a space in which, for the first time in a long while, nothing is required of you. A session can become an opportunity to step out of constant thinking, responsibility and control, and to notice what is already there.
I care deeply about the quality of that space: the details, the boundaries, the atmosphere and the way the experience is held from beginning to end.
My role is to create the conditions in which you can slow down enough to meet yourself more honestly — and perhaps encounter parts of yourself that everyday life rarely leaves room for.
