2. Complete the relevant intake questionnaire when requested.
3. Agree your date, venue, programme, total price, deposit and cancellation or rescheduling terms.
4. Pay the agreed deposit to confirm the booking.
5. Read the preparation guide before the appointment and leave time afterwards for integration.
